FAQ
Answers to common questions about SLEEP: whether there is a $SLEEP token, custody, fees, supported tokens, fills and how to stop.
Questions
What is SLEEP?
SLEEP lets you buy a token on Robinhood Chain and tell it what to do next: take profit, get your money back at a target, protect the downside, or buy the dip. You sign those instructions once as limits, and SLEEP watches the price around the clock and trades for you, only inside them.
Is there a $SLEEP token?
No. There is no $SLEEP token, airdrop or points program today. A token may be considered in the future, but it is not a priority: the focus is growing usage and volume. Anyone selling or promoting a SLEEP token right now is not us. SLEEP earns a small trade fee in USDG.
Does SLEEP hold my funds?
No. Every position lives in a smart account that your own wallet owns. SLEEP never has your keys. Its executor can only make the trades your signed limits allow, and those limits are enforced by a smart contract, not by a promise. You can withdraw or close a position at any time.
What exactly can SLEEP do with my tokens?
Only the swaps you signed for: the token pair, the amounts and caps, the trigger price, the worst price it may accept (never more than 15% below the reference price), the maximum fee, and an expiry date. Trades go through approved Uniswap routes and settle back into your account. SLEEP cannot send your tokens to another address.
How much does it cost?
Buying through SLEEP and every automated trade cost 0.1% of the trade, with a minimum of 0.25 USDG. Network gas for automated trades is included. Moving tokens in and withdrawing are free; you only pay normal network gas for the transactions your own wallet sends.
Which tokens can I use?
ETH and USDG on Robinhood Chain, plus tokens with a deep enough Uniswap pool. Automated rules need at least $50,000 of pool depth and five minutes of price history, so the reference price cannot be pushed around cheaply. Thinner tokens can still be bought and sold by hand.
Will my trade always fill at my exact target?
No. SLEEP acts on the first price update past your target, then checks the live quote against a reference price before it trades. In a fast market the fill can be worse than the target, within the price protection you chose, or the trade can be skipped if the quote is outside your limits. Nothing about SLEEP is investment advice.
What happens if SLEEP goes offline?
Your tokens stay in your smart account, which your wallet controls, so nothing SLEEP runs is needed to keep them safe. While SLEEP is offline your rules simply do not fire. When it comes back, it picks up where it left off.
How do I stop SLEEP?
Pause SLEEP on a position to stop it acting right away. Close the position to revoke SLEEP’s permission onchain and send everything back to your wallet.
Can anyone use SLEEP?
Yes. SLEEP is live on Robinhood Chain mainnet for everyone. You need a browser wallet, a little ETH on Robinhood Chain for gas, and USDG or tokens you already hold.
